3-Ingredient Coffee Fudge
Equivalent to 15 servings
Ingredients
12 ounces of dark chocolate chips
1/4 cup of heavy cream
3 tablespoons of coffee
Straws
Silicone ice cube tray
Directions
Mix the chocolate chips with heavy cream in a microwavable bowl. Put the mixture inside the microwave and set it high for 30-second bursts. Stir every after each burst, up until the chocolate mixture becomes fluid and even for approximately 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.
Pour the coffee into the mixture and then stir.
Segregate the liquid chocolate coffee blend by filling up the molds of the tray evenly at the top. Once everything has been filled out properly, gently tap the tray on the table to discharge potential air bubbles.
Cut the paper straws into two equal pieces and put one on every chocolate cube cast. Put the cubes inside the freezer for more than 4 hours before taking them out from the tray.
