Gisele is truly a superwoman. This woman sets so many ambitious goals and somehow manages to accomplish most of them. Since retiring from modeling, the mother of two has taken it upon herself to help various causes. In 2006, she became the face of America Express Red, in 2007 she opened The Luz Foundation for empowering young girls and surprised various fans who were going through tough times by paying them a loving visit.
Bündchen's charitable endeavors include Save the Children, the Red Cross Foundation, and Doctors Without Borders. She is also the Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nations Environment Program. In addition, Gisele has raised money for medical research and other human causes for which she has donated $1 million.

Despite hardly modeling anymore, Gisele makes sure to focus her time on personal development and staying as healthy as she can. In recent years, she developed a major hobby of kickboxing. Despite a booming start in the modeling scene, and perhaps because she was working 350 days a year, Gisele couldn’t stop feeling a strong sense of anxiety throughout her 20s and 30s. She said that she felt powerless. Her world became smaller and smaller, and she couldn’t breathe, which was the worst feeling she had ever had.
Even though she went through one bumpy ride and was going through a really bad time, she eventually managed to overcome her hardships through a combination of diet, exercise, quitting bad habits, and practicing yoga and meditation. Gisele is grateful for her life experience and says she wouldn’t change a thing because these experiences allowed her to grow into the incredible person she is today.
