Don Adams was the perfect actor for the show "Get Smart" and he was so good at the role that he played it for five decades. Even though Don loved action scenes, the director had to cut them out because he wasn’t a good fit for them.
Don was more of the funny man, and not an action scene type of guy, and even though he was disappointed he knew it was for the best.

Who could forget the lovable purple ape who would yell: "grape ape, grape ape?" This animated show fused together other famous cartoons like Tom and Jerry and even Scooby's All-Stars.
