The Ingredients
Although these tacos may seem like they are super rich and complicated to make, chances are, you probably have most of the ingredients needed waiting for you at home! All you need is a few components, so there’s no need to worry about buying out the local grocery store. Here’s what you’ll need: 6 yellow corn taco shells, ¼ cup of refined coconut oil, 2 pints of chocolate chip ice cream, 2 ½ cups of semisweet chocolate chips, ½ cup of chopped cocktail peanuts, ¾ cup of chilled hot fudge, ½ cup of lightly toasted coconut flakes, and two tablespoons of rainbow sprinkles (chocolate sprinkles work as well!)

Do it Yourself!
Once you’ve gathered all of the ingredients needed, combine one tablespoon of coconut oil and one cup of chocolate chips and melt in the microwave. After you’ve done this, cover your corn taco shells in this chocolatey blend and put them in the freezer for around 10 minutes, or until you see the chocolate shells have hardened. Once they’re done, fill the chocolate shells with ice cream and fudge, before placing them back in the freezer for another two hours. Now, you can combine the rest of the chocolate chips and coconut oil to drizzle over the tacos before topping them with peanuts, sprinkles, and coconut flakes – or whatever other toppings tickle your fancy! Then, stick them in the freezer for another hour. Okay, so maybe the freezing process is a little long, but when these tacos are ready, it’s like taking a bite out of heaven!
