Niki, a native of Birmingham, Alabama, was destined to talk for a living at an early age. Seeing as though she was an only child, she would mostly talk to herself. She started her career in Broadcast Journalism way back in high school when she joined the class as a sophomore.
It was during those years that she realized exactly what she wanted to do. She’s worked with various sports events around the country, representing ESPN, Fox Sports, NCAA, and much more.
Jen Hale
Hale started her career in journalism in Monroe, Louisiana, at KNOW-TV, which landed her a place in Baton Rouge as their capitol correspondent in Louisiana. Between her weekend anchor job and being a reporter, she found time to write a book called "Historic Plantations of Alabama’s Black Belt."
These days, she works as an NFL sideline reporter for Fox Sports, as well as college football for the channel.
Kristina Akra
Akra is currently hosting shows as a sports reporter and anchor, but where did it all begin? The gorgeous and famous journalist was born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. After Kristina attended the University of Florida College of Journalism and Communications, she graduated with a news broadcasting degree in 2006.
She is most known for making appearances on various CNN shows, including "Weekend Express with Lynn Smith" and "New Day." One of her more prominent roles has been covering the Atlanta Braves on FoxSports South with in-game reports.
Kristen Ledlow
Next on our list, we have the third runner-up in the 2010 Miss Florida USA pageant, Kristen Ledlow. Since leaving her pageant days behind, she's become the host of "NBA Inside Stuff" on NBA TV. She attended Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida, majoring in broadcasting and communications.
After graduation, she became an anchor at WTXL-TV, hosting the "Good News Show" while writing for the "Tallahassee Quarterback Club." She also worked on the radio channel for ESPN Tallahassee, helping her make her way onto becoming a sideline reporter for Florida State Seminoles football games.
Jamie Erdahl
Born and raised in Bloomington, Minnesota, Jamie Erdahl went on to graduate from the Breck School in 2007. She is currently a reporter for CBS Sports, where she's the number one sideline reporter for "The SEC" on CBS, teaming up with Gary Danielson and Brad Nessler.
Erdahl also covers the NCAA basketball during its season and "March Madness" for CBS. Since joining the company in 2014, she's been contributing to CBS Sports Network as a studio host.
