Chris Benoit joined the WWF in 2000 as part of a stable called The Radicalz, along with Malenko, Guerrero, and Saturn. By 2001, he broke away from the group and kicked off his solo career. In his earlier matches, he won consistently, only to have WWF commissioner, Mick Foley, renege his titles due to cheating. During one four-way TLC match, Benoit badly injured his neck, and had to have surgery.
