There is so much we can say about Julia Child, however, there are no words to describe her ultimate cookbook, ‘Mastering the Art of French Cooking.’ Even more than that, we find it hard to begin and explain how much an original copy of this culinary masterpiece is worth.
More than 1.5 million copies of her written creation were sold worldwide after first being published in 1961. Finding a copy of the first edition in good condition is quite rare, however, if you do happen to have one, it could be worth around $5,000. To this day, Julia Child is considered a pioneer in the kitchen and is an inspiration to many.
Mason jars
A mason jar couldn't possibly command that much, could it? But you'd be surprised. While plenty of hip restaurants use them as a drinking class, weddings use them as shabby chic decorations; they used to be used to preserve fruits and other perishables when there weren't any fridges or freezers. Country Living says the most valuable jars come from between 1840 to 1920.

Now, if you were wise enough to hold on to the one you had, you could have been a very rich person today, and of course, the newer your consul looks, the more money it will be worth.
In March 2020, a Nintendo PlayStation was sold at an auction for $360,000, however, it was in exceptional condition and barely used. The games of these vintage devices are worth a fortune, too, and one game can deliver into your pocket more than $20,000.
Milton Bradley Board Games
In the mid-19th century, Milton Bradly was one of the few board game manufacturers around, and little did he know that 150 years later, his creations would be worth a fortune. Bradly began his journey in 1860 when he decided to launch his version of the UK game called Life.
From there on, the path was paved, and over the years, he introduced more than 1000 board games, some of which are still played to this day. Some of his games that can be found are not worth too much and can be picked up for under 100 dollars, however, if you come across one that is in good condition and one of the first editions, you are looking at a hundred.
Beatles Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club
So many people have a copy of this remarkable masterpiece, either on record or CD, however, very few know how much it is worth. The Beatles' "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club" was released in 1967 and is considered one of their best albums to date. The album introduced the music of a new generation, and some say it was born ahead of time.
If you were the proud owner of this record during the 1980s and 1990s, you could have probably sold it for a few hundred dollars. However, it has been recorded that in recent years, copies have been sold for more than $290,000. Baby, you’re a rich man.
